Mike's coaching program focuses on action-oriented sessions, utilizing journaling and reflection to drive goal-setting and explore motivations behind business decisions.

Mike primarily works with solopreneur tech founders who may lack business acumen but possess technical expertise. He positions himself as an outsourced business partner, providing guidance and support in revenue acquisition, engagement, and business modeling. Depending on the client's needs, Mike offers both one-on-one coaching and a done-with-you approach, where he brings in resources and outsources tasks as required.

One notable success story Mike shares is helping a client transition from a sales rep to an operations manager with an equity stake in a $10 million revenue company. Through action-based coaching, Mike assisted the client in developing a job description and a 30-60-90 day plan, ultimately securing the contract within four weeks.

When it comes to growing his own consulting business, Mike has found success through networking on Twitter, connecting with people, and providing value authentically. He emphasizes the importance of helping others and building relationships. Additionally, Mike mentions engaging with indie hacker communities where he assists solopreneurs in creating roadmaps for their products.

Currently, Mike's marketing strategy primarily focuses on organic reach, utilizing his website as a landing page to attract prospective clients. While he hasn't utilized paid ads, he plans to expand his marketing efforts by creating content, building a community, and exploring other avenues for reaching his target market.

Overall, Mike is driven by his purpose to help others and is enthusiastic about supporting early-stage tech founders on their entrepreneurial journey.
